Orders are typically reviewed and delivered within 5-30 minutes during active hours. Once approved, your redeem code or account credentials are sent directly to your registered email address.
What payment methods are accepted?v
We accept UPI and QR code-based payments. After clicking Buy Now, scan the QR code shown and upload a screenshot of your completed payment as proof.
My order was declined, what do I do?v
If your order was declined, you'll receive an email with the reason. Common causes include payment proof not clearly showing the amount or transaction ID. Contact support with your order ID and a clear screenshot.
I did not receive the OTP email. Help?v
Check your spam or junk folder first. OTPs are valid for 30 minutes. If you still haven't received it, make sure your registered email is correct. If the problem persists, contact support.
Can I get a refund?v
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If you received an incorrect product or encountered a technical issue on our end, please open a ticket with your order ID and we'll resolve it promptly.
How do I reset my password?v
