Follow these steps to activate your Xbox code on your Microsoft account
Open your browser and visit the official Microsoft redeem page.
Log in with your Microsoft/Xbox account. If you don't have one, click Create one and register for free.
Type or paste your 25-character code (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) in the box provided. The code is not case-sensitive.
Click Next then Confirm. The Game Pass or balance will be instantly added to your account.
On your Xbox console, press the Xbox button → go to My Games & Apps → select Redeem → enter your code.
Having trouble? Check that the code hasn't been redeemed already or contact us via Support. Include your Order ID for faster help.
Activate your Nitro subscription in the Discord app or browser
Launch the Discord desktop app or go to discord.com in your browser. Log in to your account.
Click your User Settings (⚙️ gear icon next to your name) → scroll to Gift Inventory in the left sidebar.
Click Redeem Code and paste your Nitro gift code into the text field, then click Redeem.
Discord will show you a confirmation screen. Your Nitro perks (animated avatar, boosted upload limit, server boosts, etc.) activate immediately.
In the Discord mobile app: tap your profile picture (bottom right) → Nitro → scroll down to Have a Gift Code? → enter your code.
If your code says "already redeemed" or "invalid", please contact Support immediately with your Order ID and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
Add funds or games to your Steam wallet using your gift card code
Launch the Steam desktop client or go to store.steampowered.com. Sign in to your Steam account.
Click your username at the top right → select Account Details.
Find and click Add funds to your Steam Wallet, then choose Redeem a Steam Gift Card or Wallet Code.
Type your Steam wallet code and click Continue. The balance is added instantly to your wallet.

Activate PS Store codes, PSN gift cards, and PS Plus subscriptions
Go to the PlayStation Store → scroll to the bottom and select Redeem Codes → enter your 12-character code.
Visit store.playstation.com → sign in → click your avatar → select Redeem Codes.
Open the PlayStation App → tap your profile icon → tap Redeem Codes → enter your code.
Click Continue to confirm. Your wallet balance, PS Plus membership, or game will be added immediately.
Getting a region error? Contact Support with your Order ID and your PSN account's country setting.
Log in and secure your delivered game account credentials
Once your order is approved, you'll receive an email with your Account ID/Email and Password. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Go to the relevant platform (Steam, Epic Games, etc.) and sign in using the provided credentials.
Immediately change the account password to something only you know to secure the account.
Enable two-factor authentication on the account for extra security. Use your own email or authenticator app.
Log out and log back in. If the game still doesn't appear, contact Support within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID.
Account access issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Open a Support Ticket with your Order ID and screenshot.
Get started with your Patreon membership from Wrox Cloud
Purchase the Patreon plan from our store. After payment confirmation, admin will process your subscription manually.
Once approved, you'll receive either login credentials or a direct activation link via email. Check your inbox (and spam folder).
Go to patreon.com and sign in with the provided credentials. Your membership tier and perks will be active immediately.
You will automatically receive an email reminder 5 days before your subscription expires. You can also check your expiry date in Dashboard → My Patreon.
